-  Wash your knife with warm water or mild detergent.

-  Do not leave your knife in the water and do dry it with cloth straight away.

 

-  Do not put the knife in the dishwasher as it may damage the blade and affect the performance of the knife.

-  Please store your knife separately and best to be in a knife block to avoid damages or scarps of your knife.  Besides, please make sure it is dried immediately because the wooden handle may become swell and be corroded
